Shipping and Delivery
Please Note** Any custom made items ordered will need a lead-time of 2 weeks before postage. We will do our best to get these made as soon as possible within that time frame.
Any items in inventory will be available to purchase immediately and shipped the following day.

Australia - $10 flat rate with complimentary delivery on orders over $200 AUD. Our shipping partner is Australia Post (via ShipStation), and is carbon neutral!
NZ - $20 flat rate with complimentary delivery on orders over $200 AUD. We use DHL express to get your goodies to you, it's also carbon neutral!
Orders are typically processed the following business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number via Shipstation/ DHL.
Domestic deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 1-10 business days depending on your location. East Coast metro areas are usually delivered between 1-5 days, all other areas will be delivered up to 10 days after processing.
You have the option to choose either "Signature on Delivery" or "Authority To Leave" when you select your shipping options, so please consider which one is right for you. "Signature on Delivery" means the parcel won't be delivered unless someone is there to sign for it in person. When someone isn't home to sign for the parcel, couriers will leave a slip so that you can pickup the parcel from a collection point instead.
"Authority To Leave" means that no signature will be required for delivering the parcel and couriers will find somewhere to leave the item if it's perceived to be safe, whether it's inside your mail box or in another perceived safe place. Please note that while the benefit of this option means that most parcels will be delivered on the first attempt, that LOKR can't be held accountable for lost parcels that are delivered with "Authority to Leave" and by choosing this option at checkout, all responsibility for the parcel once it's marked as delivered is passed to you.
